Many new cars and
trucks use a cable (instead of a rod) to connect the lock knob to the latch. Our new C
Series lock kits come with specially designed door lock actuators and
hardware to make installation of door locks in these vehicles a
breeze. Cable systems are
currently used on
the Focus, Matrix, Tundra, Colorado & Canyon, and late model

Our standard Rod style kits make it possible to add power door locks
to most other cars and trucks that do not have the cable style system.
Rod style systems are still the predominate style of door lock systems
installed in today's cars and trucks.
CENTRAL LOCKING
MES door lock kits are central locking. Your existing lock
knobs and door key activate the system. Locking or unlocking
either of the front doors will automatically lock or unlock all
of your vehicle's doors. Switches are not necessary for proper operation.
Kits are available for 2 and 4 doors and an extra actuator can get
you going in 5 doors. POWER
With it's large powerful motors, MES outclasses the competition
MES actuators are capable of dead lifting over 8 pounds! This is a
true rating and is equal to the 15 pound claim of other actuators.
Our premium actuators also have low friction mechanisms. The
motor is separated from the mechanism with a clutch. This means
that you won't have to move the motors in the actuators every time you
lock or unlock the doors by hand. These actuators are specially
designed to eliminate adding extra effort onto
your lock knobs.
RELIABILITY
MES door locks are Swiss made to assure you of many years of
service. Don't be fooled by cheap imitations made in China and Taiwan.

KEYLESS ENTRY
Our door lock kits are available in complete kits with keyless
entry systems and with alarm/keyless entry systems for the ultimate in
convenience. Our MES systems are also compatible with any keyless
entry system or alarm system that has pulsed negative door lock/unlock
outputs.
