This shot is from the inside of the door facing up. The window is in it's full up position with the outside of the door at the top of the photo. The blue arrow is pointing to the roller channel mounted on the bottom of the glass, the green arrow points to the roller bar, the red arrow is pointing to the regulator glass mounting plate (the part that actually slides up and down on the regulator), the yellow arrow points to the vertical channel and the white arrow points at the upper mounting bracket. One last bolt (yellow arrow) to keep the motor from flopping around and we're done mounting this regulator. The blue arrows show our regulator mounting bolts. Note that the red tube (red arrow) is designed to take up the extra cable when the window is rolled down. It must not be kinked or cut and bends kept smooth and round. |
