The Essex keypad keyless entry system will allow you to lock and unlock your car, truck or van without having to use your keys or a remote control transmitter.  By simply entering your personalized 3 to 8 digit access code at the Keypad, the locks pop open and the interior dome light comes on to give you illuminated entry at night.   Up to 5 secondary access codes can be easily programmed from the keypad to give permanent or temporary access to a friend, family member, employee or valet.  Getting locked out of your car is a thing of the past.

The AKE-5 keypad keyless entry is the unit of choice for most automobiles and trucks.  The keypad module mounts in the door beneath the sheet metal and a faceplate is attached to the door face.  The module is self contained, environmentally sealed and very small in size.

The KE1701 & KE1704 are typically used in Motor homes and large trucks.  These units are a little larger and are mounted from the top.
