 Rubber grommets are placed in the mounting holes in the brackets and the brackets are attached to the door. The brackets that hold the motor are attached first. Then the bracket holding the gear adapter end is attached to the door. We bent the bracket and used a spacer under it to keep the mounting from interfering with the door. The mounted assembly is shown below. It's all ready for switches and wiring. But that's another story.
