Replacing a cable style power window regulator
in a 1992 Nissan Maxima.

The broken regulator now needs to be removed from the door.  There are 7 bolts holding the regulator to the door  (Red Arrows).  There are 2 bolts holding the window onto the regulator (Blue Arrows).  The 2 bolts attached to the glass are removed first and the window is pulled up and taped to the top of the door.  The window needs to be in a lowered position in order to access these bolts.  The remaining 7 bolts are removed and the regulator and motor assembly is removed from the door.
