The rear door trim, handles and panel are removed in similar fashion to the front doors. The 2 bolts holding the glass to the regulator are loosened through the access holes in the door (green arrows above and bottom left photo). The 3 regulator mounting bolts are removed (blue arrows) and the manual regulator is removed through the large access hole in the lower part of the door.
